The breakfast here was pretty good, with fresh fruits and yummy locally made cheese. It really hit the spot 😋. the location was convenient too, right by a shopping mall.

Differences between what is on "booking". Poor breakfast. Small rooms. Staff apear friendly, they try to fulfill your demandings but the hotel is all poor.

I chose the hotel because it has free parking, free wi-fi and said it was well conected with the city centre - all true in our case. Found parking place (although the parking is very small so maybe we were lucky), the bus to the centre is a few steps away.
I don't know where to begin. It's dirty, I think the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in (the curtain in the room was barely hanging and there were dead mosquitoes embellishing the walls all over - looked very tragic). The shower has a dirty old plastic curtain. Horrible hotel will definitely never stay there again.

The canteen is good, the coffee is perfect!
We choose Hotel Astor because of parking available and we knew that it is limited car park in the yard, the keeper may tell us where we can park the car but not close the gate instead! The bathroom issue, we need to talk about, the ceiling is not fixed, the drain, the shower are not in good condition. We need to say that, the canteen is good, coffee is perfect!

A good standard and ideal hotel with caring employees at the reception desk. Very comfy bed, fairly clean bathroom and a minibar, climate control, and a personal safe in the room...

This hotel is located in a very Italian area just outside the historic center, giving you a taste of local life while still being easily accessible. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that your needs are taken care of. The rooms are basic, but they have all the amenities you need, including a private bathroom and air conditioning. The included breakfast is a great value for money, with a wide variety of options to fill your stomach. Additionally, some rooms even have a wonderful balcony where you can enjoy the views.
All was fine, no improvements needed.

The person manning the front desk was extremely helpful. He explained the bus system patiently and went over the map of Florence with us. Later he allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel after check-out time so we could explore just a little more of Florence before we needed to go to the airport and pick up our rental car. His help was indispensable. Also, the rates were extremely reasonable.

Reasonably close to the center, particularly if you have a car. There is free parking overnight (8pm-8am) in the surrounding area and a few places in an internal court, which you'd better book in advance. The inside is clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and new furniture.
Breakfast can be improved. Free wi-fi operates almost only in the lobby.

This accommodation is conveniently located, with a bus stop opposite the hotel and only a short ride to the city centre. the rooms are more than satisfactory, clean and spacious with comfortable beds. the hotel provides a good breakfast and some rooms have a nice view. there is parking available on site.
The hotel is slightly far from some of the main attractions, which may be inconvenient for some.

Never ever!! No Wifi in our room; The "room" was poor and not clean; The bathroom was terrible, the water is all around on the whole floor of the bathroom and runs to the room. The door of the bathroom was defect.

The stuffs there are nice enough and helpful. English speaking, not that good but ok, that is quiet uncommon in italian cities. Cheap in Florence
The room is smelly and hot, ac doesn't work, facilities are old and little bit dirty. Small bath room, after shower the floor is full of water. Guys have to uprearing the cover of toilet bowl to keep it open during a pee. If you feel hot oppresively, do not open the window, neither the door, cus there are thousands of mosquitoes around you!!!! They can eat you up, literally!!!! Keep the door and window closed, but finally you will realize that there are still mosquitoes in your room.

It was just a plane hotel, not dirty not negative comment. I used it because I arrived to Firenze at 2 am and I had stay somewhere close the airport. No complaints.

I like delicious breakfasts with hot croissants and cappuccino. The room was clean and comfortable with refrigerator if it.
WiFi connection is worked only at the ground floor.
